Our Promise, In Plain Language

Your trust matters to us more than almost anything. So here is the short version, up front and in plain English:

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or contact information for money or any other value. Not now. Not ever. We collect only what we need to serve you, we keep it private, and we protect it. The longer version below explains exactly what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

This Privacy Policy explains how Conscious Kitchen ATX ("Conscious Kitchen," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you visit consciouskitchenatx.com (the "Site"), complete the Total Toxic Load Assessment (the "TOX Assessment"), enroll in the Conscious Kitchen Method, contact us, purchase from us, or otherwise interact with our services (together, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Who We Are

Conscious Kitchen ATX is an organic, gluten-free, whole food plant-based cafe and holistic wellness education practice founded and operated by Dr. Nikki Siso, a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a PhD in Holistic Health and Nutrition, alongside Dr. Sara Siso, a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. Our physical location is 3620 Bee Caves Road, Suite C, West Lake Hills, TX 78746.

A note on our role. Dr. Nikki Siso and Dr. Sara Siso are Certified Holistic Health Practitioners with PhDs in Holistic Health and Nutrition, not medical doctors. Conscious Kitchen ATX is not a licensed medical provider and does not operate as a "covered entity" under the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This means that health-related information you choose to share with us is generally not "protected health information" under HIPAA. Even so, we voluntarily treat the personal and health-related information you share with us as confidential, and we protect it under the standards described in this policy. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information you provide through the TOX Assessment.

1. Information You Provide Directly

• Contact and identity information: your name, email address, phone number, and mailing or billing address.
• Account and communication information: messages you send us, form submissions, appointment and booking details, and your communication preferences.
• Purchase information: the products, programs, or services you buy from us, and records of your transactions.
• Payment information: when you make a purchase, your payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe). We do not store your full payment card number on our own systems.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your device type, browser type, IP address, general location (such as city or region), pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, described in the "Cookies and Tracking" section below.

3. Information From the TOX Assessment

The Total Toxic Load Assessment is an educational lifestyle assessment delivered through an AI assistant developed by Dr. Nikki, with personal review by Dr. Nikki. When you complete the TOX Assessment, you may voluntarily share information about your home environment, your food and lifestyle habits, how you have been feeling, and related personal reflections. We use this information solely to generate your educational assessment, to prepare for your Review Call, and to support you inside our programs. We treat this information as sensitive and confidential.

You are always in control of what you choose to share. You never have to answer any question you are not comfortable answering.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for legitimate business purposes, including to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve our Services, including the cafe, catering, the TOX Assessment, and the Conscious Kitchen Method.
• Generate your educational TOX Assessment and prepare for your consultations.
• Process your orders, payments, bookings, and requests.
• Communicate with you, including sending confirmations, appointment reminders, program materials, and (where you have opted in) educational content and updates.
• Respond to your questions, comments, and support requests.
• Understand how our Site is used so we can make it better.
• Protect the security and integrity of our Services, and comply with our legal obligations.

We send marketing and educational emails or text messages only to people who have chosen to receive them. You can opt out at any time (see "Your Choices and Rights" below).

How We Share Information (And How We Do Not)

We do not sell your information

We want to be as clear as we possibly can: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or contact information to anyone, for money or for any other value. This includes the broad definition of a "sale" used under certain privacy laws, which can include sharing data for valuable consideration. We do not do it. We never will.

We also do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing.

Mobile and text messaging information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The limited ways we do share information

We share your information only in these specific, necessary situations:

1. With trusted service providers who work on our behalf. We use a small set of vetted vendors to run our business, such as our customer relationship and email or text messaging platform, our payment processor, our scheduling and booking tools, and our website and analytics providers. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us, and they are contractually required to protect it and to use it only for that purpose. They may not sell it or use it for their own purposes.

2. When you ask us to. For example, if you ask us to coordinate with a practitioner partner or a member of our team on your behalf.

3. For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.

4. In a business transfer. If our business is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If that happens, we will require that your information remains protected under commitments consistent with this Privacy Policy, and we will notify you of any change in who controls your information or how it may be used.

• Access and update: ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Delete: ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and legitimate business exceptions.
• Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, reply STOP to marketing text messages, or contact us directly. You may still receive non-promotional messages related to your purchases or appointments.
• Cookies: control cookies through your browser as described above.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the European Union General Data Protection Regulation. We honor the rights that apply to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
