I’m not an experienced cook. Is this still for me?

Yes. This class is designed for real humans with real lives, not professional chefs. We’ll focus on simple, repeatable techniques you can master quickly, even if you usually feel clumsy in the kitchen.

Will there be gluten, dairy, or common allergens?

We’ll be working with whole-food, minimally processed ingredients. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, you’ll receive an ingredient list ahead of time and I’ll offer swaps whenever possible.

What if I have specific health goals (hormones, blood sugar, gut health)?

As we cook, I’ll share how each recipe supports your blood sugar, hormones, and nervous system. You’ll learn how to adapt the staples for your unique physiology and goals.

Will I leave with recipes?

Yes. You’ll receive printed recipes and simple frameworks so you can recreate everything at home without relying on exact measurements.

What happens after I reserve my seat?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the location, what to bring (if anything), how to prepare, and a reminder before class. Because the group is capped at 12, your spot is reserved just for you.
